With our project managers working on thousands of projects in the past, we can help point guide you in decisions that will make your remodel or construction process smoother.

Each project is different, but variability entirely depends on the scope. A simple bathroom remodel without layout changes can be 2-3 weeks, while larger home remodels that have multiple moving pieces and layout altercations can range in the 6-12 week range. City permitting time is independent from our construction time (curious about city permit lead times? Reach out and we can help you, we have dealt with every local city extensively and know the ins and outs of their process).

Before we give any numbers, we like to meet our clients and get hands and eyes on the project you are wanting to start. After we have a good idea of what you are looking for, we will give you our “ballpark number”, an estimate that is close to what we will end up at that will be based on the average cost of past construction projects we have done here in the twin cities. If the ballpark number is close to what you are looking for, we will get our trades-workers in your project to get you an exact dollar cost for the project.

Unlike many general contractors, we do not have minimums. We have the capacity to do small jobs like re-finishing a single rooms floor or just doing countertops. Let us know what you are looking for, and we will be able to accommodate varying budgets and sizing.
